May 13, 2025 Aspiring Superintendents Workshop Designed to provide educational leaders who are considering a future superintendency with an overview of what knowledge, skills, attitudes and understandings are necessary to be successful in these key leadership positions. More information
May 15, 2025 Superintendent Leadership in the Facilities Arena Participants will engage in this interactive workshop by learning how to think about facility management as a critical component of systemic leadership. Discussions will center on the use of key messages that frame both short and long term facility-related decisions. Communications, collaborative team work, BOE involvement, financial planning, use of data and more will be discussed. Planning for and leading throughout capital projects will be an important focus area. More information
