Women's Initiative

Join us as we bring together school leaders of all gender identities and district roles for an event dedicated to supporting women in leadership and fostering inspiration for more women to pursue leadership positions in education. Our program is designed to empower and celebrate women in educational leadership. Participants will have the invaluable opportunity to network and explore topics on confidence, celebrating strengths and developing leadership skills.

This session will provide school district leaders with essential information on navigating transgender issues facing schools. Topics will include legal protection for transgender students and staff, creating inclusive policies and procedures and addressing potential conflicts. Superintendents will gain practical guidance and strategies on fostering a safe and supportive environment for students and staff.
