November 14 - 15, 2024 Women's Initiative Join us as we bring together school leaders of all gender identities and district roles for an event dedicated to supporting women in leadership and fostering inspiration for more women to pursue leadership positions in education. Our program is designed to empower and celebrate women in educational leadership. November 20 Legal Seminar This session will provide school district leaders with essential information on navigating transgender issues facing schools. Topics will include legal protection for transgender students and staff, creating inclusive policies and procedures and addressing potential conflicts.
