A Personal Wellness Program with NYSCOSS/LEAF & Equitable Advisors. The superintendent position requires you to juggle many different things all at once. Unfortunately, taking care of everyone else can come at a price, as many superintendents neglect their own personal well-being.

Cabinet Coffee & Conversation

Join your colleagues for a casual group discussion to share common issues and best practices. These sessions will be facilitated by Cabinet Committee members around topics chosen by participants and will be an opportunity to check in with colleagues from around the state.

Aspiring Superintendents Workshop

This workshop, facilitated by regional superintendents, is designed to provide educational leaders who are considering a future Superintendency with an overview of the knowledge, skills, attitudes and understandings necessary to be successful in these key leadership positions.

Cabinet and Women's Initiative Summits

Through a partnership with NYSCOSS, LEAF, Inc., and Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, we are pleased to once again offer the Cabinet and Women's Initiative Summits in Saratoga Springs. Join us for a combined event to bring together cabinet level school leaders, superintendents, and women in leadership to discuss critical topics and share best practices. The Cabinet Leadership Summit will highlight the importance of Leveraging the Strengths of Effective Superintendent/Cabinet Teams.

Aspiring Superintendents Workshop

In partnership with Erie 2 BOCES, this one-day workshop will discuss the hiring process, leading with authenticity and intentionality, the superintendent and school board relationship, roundtables with experienced superintendents and what to consider when pursuing a superintendency.

In collaboration with the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES, NYSCOSS, and LEAF, Inc. are delighted to offer the Diversity & Inclusivity Regional Workshop. This program is designed to foster meaningful discussions on amplifying the voices of and enhancing outcomes for all students, and empowering teams to cultivate inclusive school communities.
