Superintendents Supporting Superintendents Retreat

Superintendents Supporting Superintendents Retreat
Open to All & Pre-Registration Required. Leadership today asks us to hold complexity with both strength and softness. In this session, Mindfulness Coach Erica Ebert will teach attendees how self-awareness, compassion, and courage work together to create the conditions for clarity, trust and impact. Through science, reflection, and simple daily practices, attendees will examine what happens in the brain and body when we pause with intention -- how awareness quiets reactivity, compassion strengthens connection, and courage opens space for honest, sometimes hard conversations. This work is foundational to supporting others. When leaders are grounded in self-awareness, guided by compassion, acting with courage, and intentional in the conversations they choose to have, they create environments where people feel seen, safe, and capable of growth. This isn't about adding more to your plate; it's about returning to what's essential:  leading from presence, aligning action with purpose, and building systems that care for humans within them.
