Join colleagues for the Cabinet Pre-Institute at the NYSCOSS 2026 Fall Summit to connect, learn and explore the challenges and opportunities facing today’s cabinet-level school leaders. The half-day program will feature discussions on leading through the noise, NY Inspires updates from NYSED, and the human side of organizational change. The Institute concludes with a networking lunch and book discussion, providing valuable time to build connections and strengthen the cabinet leadership community.
