Stepping into the superintendency is a milestone filled with immense opportunities and real challenges. The New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS), through its professional development foundation, the Leadership for Educational Achievement Foundation, Inc. (LEAF), is proud to support your transition with a comprehensive, year-long program. Designed specifically for first-year superintendents and superintendents new to New York State, this institute offers essential guidance, community, and practical learning to help you thrive in your new leadership role.
