Buffalo Women's Initiative
This program is designed to empower and celebrate women in educational leadership. Participants will have the invaluable opportunity to network and explore topics on confidence, celebrating strengths and developing leadership skills.
In collaboration with Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES, the New York State Council of School Superintendents and the Leadership for Educational Achievement Foundation, we are delighted to present The Council’s Women’s Initiative in Buffalo, NY.
Mark your calendars for July 23 - 24, 2026, as we bring together school leaders, superintendents and teachers for an event dedicated to supporting women education leaders and fostering inspiration for more women to pursue leadership positions in education.
COST TO ATTEND:
$379 includes lunch, networking reception, breakfast on day 2 and materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Council and LEAF, Inc. work hard to accommodate the unpredictable nature of educational professionals schedules while maintaining high quality programs that are affordable. All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed, or emailed (membership@nyscoss.org or teiskra@e2ccb.org) prior to the event. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations received by July 17, 2026 (one week prior to the event), a $100 fee will be charged on all cancellations received on July 18, 2026 or after. No shows will be charged the full registration fee. We regret that we cannot accept telephone cancellations. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
  HOTEL: There is a room block at the Hyatt Regency, for July 22 - 24, 2026 at the rate of $189. Reservation can be made HERE.
