Growth mindset seems simple but is nuanced. Eduardo Briceño will facilitate our deepening understanding of growth mindset theory and practice, with an emphasis on implications for district leaders. He will share key research in academics, the workplace, and leadership, common misconceptions, and how leaders can cultivate growth mindset cultures for high growth and equity. Come prepared to reflect and to capture insights and next steps. He will also provide a deeper dive into Growth Mindset Leadership after the keynote.
