Welcome to NYSCOSS's New Superintendent Website. This site specifically focused on superintendents in their first few years of the job. It provides detailed information on a variety of topics from finances to board meetings as well as providing sample evaluation instruments and entry plans.

A particularly useful aspect of the site is the Superintendents Resource Bank. Also hosted at www.nyscoss.org, this component of the site allows superintendents to solicit advice and ideas from colleagues. The SRB allows anonymity while also providing valuable insight into tough issues facing superintendents.

Finally, 'Speak With NYSCOSS' offers a quick avenue for you to suggest additional information you might like to see posted on the site.
